"Nubert Co., Ltd." has been making Western confectionery with all its heart in Ono-cho, Ibi-gun.
The factory looks big, but the inside of the factory looks like a large kitchen of a pastry shop.
We make carefully selected sweets by hand.
☆ ★ Detailed work content ★ ☆
Please help us to manufacture Western confectionery (baked confectionery) such as Madeleine, Financier, Sponge cake, Baumkuchen, etc., and finish and wrap it.
Since we work with veteran staff, you can work on making sweets with confidence.
* Making dough for confectionery
Weigh and prepare ingredients such as egg crackers and flour.
* Baking process in the oven
The finished dough is squeezed into a mold with an automatic squeezer and baked in the oven.
* Finishing process
The baked confectionery is cut to the specified size with a semi-automatic slicer, and sugar is applied around the Baumkuchen.
* Packaging process
It is the work of film wrapping confectionery with an automatic wrapping machine or a sealing machine.

Although there are busy times such as the bridal season, the staff is positive and responsible and rewarding to make our customers happy.
In the work environment, we can take time off according to children's school events, go on a company trip with all the staff every year (many day trips, currently suspended due to corona whirlpool), and in-house patissier at Christmas. The Christmas cake made by will be served without exception.
Many women in their 40s and 50s are active. It is a workplace that understands taking time off according to children's events. Some part-time staff have been working for over 20 years.
