Order reception and support business for campaign sales for major home appliance manufacturers and members



[Business description]

Order reception / support work by telephone (power reception)



Telephone order reception from special members who saw the sales campaign DM, PC input.

We will guide you based on the manual about the payment method, confirmation of the delivery date after ordering, and the procedure when you place an order from the website individually.



[Period]

A: 6 / 1-6 / 10 Saturday and Sunday holidays

B: 6 / 1-6 / 17 Saturday and Sunday holidays

C: End date consultation between 6/1 and 7/29 Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays



[Working hours]

9: 20-17: 10 (1 hour break, 6 hours 50 minutes actual work)



[Qualifications]

・ Experienced inbound (power receiving) ordering and consultation work at call centers

(Or similar experience)

・ Those who can answer the phone politely even for elderly people

・ Those who can operate a simple PC (typing is about 30 characters per minute including conversion)
