具体的には…
◎予約業務⇒電話やEメール、ご来店での予約受付
◎ご案内⇒フロント周りの備品管理やウエルカムドリンク等の管理、ご来店下お客様をお席までご案内など
◎お会計⇒お会計の際のレジ対応

お仕事はホテルのフロント業務をイメージしてください。
お客様がご来店されたら一番にご対応をし、ご案内をします。
笑顔で気持ちの良い接客を心がけてくださいね。

未経験の方でも丁寧に指導するのでご安心ください。
接客マナーをしっかりと学ぶことが出来ますよ。
